What should I do if the lift automatically descends after being lifted?
After the lifting machine lifts, it automatically descends.
Possible causes
1. There are sundries in the solenoid unloading valve spool
Inspection method: Disassemble the solenoid unloading valve spool and check whether there are sundry objects.
Solution: Clean or replace the solenoid unloading valve spool.
2. Solenoid unloading valve spool leaks a small amount of oil
Inspection method: disassemble the solenoid unloading valve spool and check whether there is oil stain.
Solution: Replace the solenoid unloading valve spool.
3. Check valve has debris or poor seal
Check method: During automatic unloading, check whether the motor fan rotates counterclockwise. If the fan rotates counterclockwise, the check valve has sundries or is not properly sealed.
Solution: Clean or replace the check valve.
