Autokato Engineering handles product inquiries, order confirmation and shipping arrangements for KATOOL garage equipment based on product type, destination and stock condition.

Order Confirmation

Please confirm the product model, voltage, quantity, accessories, packaging requirements and delivery destination before payment. Final order details should match the invoice or confirmed sales agreement.

Lead Time

Lead time depends on stock availability, production scheduling and order quantity. Some standard models may be available more quickly, while customized or large orders may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Arrangement

Shipping can be arranged according to the agreed trade terms and destination requirements. Freight timing may be affected by warehouse schedule, carrier capacity, customs process and peak season conditions.
