Order and logistics preparation / Autokato Engineering
Confirm the equipment before planning the movement.
Order timing and shipment arrangements depend on the model, quantity, configuration, destination and agreed trade terms.
Ask a policy questionThis page supports business review and does not replace the quotation, invoice, sales agreement, product manual or other written terms confirmed for a specific order.
Order confirmation
Before payment, confirm the product model, voltage, quantity, included accessories, branding, packaging, destination and required documents. The final order should match the quotation, pro forma invoice or written sales agreement.
Lead time
Lead time depends on stock, production scheduling, configuration, order volume and document requirements. Standard models may be prepared more quickly than customized or multi-unit orders. Use the lead time confirmed for the specific order rather than a general website estimate.
Shipping arrangement
Shipment may be coordinated according to the agreed trade terms, destination and carrier requirements. Freight schedules can be affected by warehouse planning, carrier capacity, port conditions, customs processing, weather and peak seasons.
Consignee and delivery information
Provide accurate consignee name, address, telephone number, tax or customs details where applicable, delivery restrictions and unloading requirements before dispatch. Changes after booking may create delays or additional charges.
Packaging and handling
Packaging is selected according to the equipment format and confirmed order requirements. Keep handling equipment, lifting points, storage conditions and local unloading capacity in mind when planning delivery.
Inspection on arrival
Inspect the shipment promptly. If packages are missing, opened or visibly damaged, record the condition with dated photos, note it with the carrier where possible and contact Autokato before discarding packaging or moving damaged goods.
Questions before ordering
Contact Autokato to confirm availability, pickup arrangements, freight method, packing details or documents before placing an order. Provide the destination and equipment list for a useful logistics review.
