Before you confirm an equipment order
Confirm the exact model, electrical configuration, included accessories, packaging, destination, consignee details and available documentation. Commercial equipment orders may involve production, freight and market-specific requirements that should be agreed in writing.
Order-specific terms take priority
These pages provide general business information. A quotation, pro forma invoice, sales agreement or other written confirmation may contain terms that apply specifically to an order. Where an order-specific written agreement differs from general website information, the confirmed order document should be reviewed as the controlling business reference.
